Using BhaktWorld

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment, or use the platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Our role

BhaktWorld is a devotional services platform. We facilitate access to temple information, sankalp pujas, prasad fulfillment, darshan sources, devotional content, and seva campaigns. Temple rituals are performed according to the practices and schedules of the relevant temple or service partner.

Puja bookings

A puja booking is confirmed after successful payment. You are responsible for reviewing the selected temple, puja, package, date, sankalp details, and delivery preferences before payment. Exact ritual timings may shift because of temple schedules, festivals, local conditions, or instructions from temple authorities.

Live darshan and media

Live darshan feeds are displayed through official or approved embeddable sources where available. Temple desks may pause, reschedule, replace, or end a stream without notice. BhaktWorld does not represent a scheduled feed as a continuous broadcast and cannot guarantee uninterrupted playback.

Store orders

Product images and descriptions are presented carefully, but natural prasad, flowers, packaging, and handcrafted devotional items may vary slightly. Orders remain subject to stock availability, serviceable pincodes, and shipping conditions.

Donations and seva

A donation is a voluntary contribution toward the selected campaign. Donation receipts are generated after successful payment. Unless required by law or caused by a confirmed processing error, completed donations are not refundable.

Payments

Payments are processed through configured third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. BhaktWorld does not store complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. A booking or order is treated as paid only after gateway verification succeeds.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, copy restricted media, submit false claims, or interfere with payment and booking workflows. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.
